Jorn Utzon, who designed the Opera House at Sydney resigned due to some issues. The second pic is The Utzon room was the first interior space of the Opera House that was re-designed and re-built in the Utzon design. It was named after him as a gesture of reconciliation.
ReplyDeleteJorn Utzon, the Danish architect who designed the Sydney Opera House and later had a falling out with the Australian authorities. He later reconciled and an interior space named the Utzon Room (seen in the second visual) conceived and designed by him was opened in the Opera House.
